By using the MM Stationery Shoppers website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

2. Products and Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing on our Site. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change prices without prior notice. All product availability is subject to change.

3. Orders and Payments
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. The order will only be processed once the Proof of Payment (POP) is sent to the Whatsapp Chatbot in PDF format. Once the payment reflects in the account then the order status will be updated and you will be notified about the status of the order.


4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including carrier delays or customs processing. We do strive to have the packages delivered 7 - 14 days after the order is processed.

5. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 5 days of purchase for unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support team. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MM Stationery Shoppers or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
